イードの翌々日7月19日新宿御苑ピクニックが開催されました。突然の真夏日の暑い暑い最中でしたが、ウォークラリーで広い園内を歩き回り、皆でお弁当。屋外での礼拝は気持ちよかったですね。ご参加頂いた保護者の皆様、子供達にお弁当を持たせて送り出していただいた保護者の皆様、ありがとうございました。

On July 19, we went for picnic to Shinjuku Gyoen Park.  It was very hot but we enjoyed walking rally and had lunch together.  We would appreciate the parents who joined us and who sent their sons with nice lunch.  Jazakullah Khairan.

Eid Mubarak! イードおめでとう！

ラマダン無事終了。イード・ル・フィトルおめでとう！

サウジアラビアの著名なムフティ（イスラムの先生）がテレビ生放送に出演中、むせび泣く。


それは、ソマリアから質問が来た時だった。


「サフールもイフタールもないんですが、私の断食はそれでも受け入れられますか？」


アッラー、私達に力を下さい。立ち上がって、私の世界中の家族を助けられるように。

ラマダン「慈悲」の10日が終わり、「許し」の10日に入りました。そろそろお疲れでしょうか。アッラーの名前暗記も頑張って下さい。報奨は天国です。

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Allah has ninety nine names and whoever preserves them will enter Paradise.” Sahih Muslim 2677

やってはいけないこと：１．飲食しない。

　　　　　　　　　　　２．悪い物を見ない。

　　　　　　　　　　　３．争わない。

　　　　　　　　　　　４．悪口、陰口、誓いの言葉を言わない。

　　　　　　　　　　　５．タバコを止める。

　　　　　　　　　　　６．無駄に時間を過ごさない。

　　　　　　　　　　　７．音楽を聴かない。

やるべきこと：１．礼拝をする。

　　　　　　　２．イスラムの勉強をする。

　　　　　　　３．クルアーンを詠む。

　　　　　　　４．ズィクルをたくさんする。

「また両親に孝行しなさい。もし両親かまたそのどちらかが、あなたと一緒にいて老齢に達しても、かれらに「ちえっ」とか荒い言葉を使わず、親切な言葉で話しなさい。」クルアーン17:23

"and to parents, good treatment. Whether one or both of them reach old age [while] with you, say not to them [so much as], "uff," and do not repel them but speak to them a noble word."


 健康的な断食のためのヒント

  1. サフールを必ず摂る。
  2. イフタールで食べ過ぎない。
  3. 油、塩、砂糖の強い物を食べない。
  4. イフタールとサフールの間にたくさん水を飲む。

Tips for healthy fasting during Ramadan

1. Don't skip Suhoor (pre-dawn meal)

2. Don't overeat during Iftar (dinner)

3. Avoid eating fried foods, salty foods and high-sugar foods

4. Drink as much water as possible

10 obligations of children against their parents in Islam：

  1. 日々感謝と愛情を示す Show gratitude and love daily.
  2. 丁寧な優しい言葉を遣うUse kind and good words.
  3. 両親の満足の為に行動する Think and act what parents like.
  4. 必要とされれば、よい助言、アドバイスをする If necessary give good advice.
  5. 怒った態度を示さない Never show anger.
  6. 反抗的な態度を示さない Always follow parents.
  7. 両親の面倒を見るTake care of parents.
  8. 両親の為にアッラーに祈るPray for parents.
  9. 両親が生前出来なかったことを、代わりに成し遂げるFulfill what parents couldn't while they are alive.
  10. 両親の友人や知合いとの良い関係を保ち続けるKeep good relation with friends of parents after their death.
